Zendale Consulting is the advisory, transformation and institutional-development arm of the Zendale group.
The group works across healthcare services, diagnostics, technology and supply. This firm concentrates on the advisory, planning and implementation work that healthcare institutions require. It also supports the transactions and partnerships that reshape them.
We were established because of a recurring pattern across Nigeria and the wider region: strong intent, adequate capital, and no continuous thread between the strategy, the building, the equipment, the systems and the people expected to run them. Each element is procured competently and separately, and the institution inherits the gaps between them.
Our work is structured against that pattern. One engagement team holds strategy, clinical planning, operations, medical technology, procurement, partnerships and delivery, so decisions are tested against every discipline they will eventually touch.

Why specialised healthcare consulting
Healthcare cannot be advised generically.
General management consulting brings valuable discipline. It does not bring the clinical, technical and regulatory knowledge that healthcare decisions depend on.
A hospital is a clinical service, a technical estate, a regulated entity and a business at the same time. A staffing recommendation that ignores clinical safety, an equipment decision that ignores maintenance capability, or an efficiency measure that ignores infection control will not survive in practice.
Specialised healthcare consulting means understanding case mix and clinical interdependencies, medical technology and its lifecycle, accreditation and regulatory requirements, and the realities of running services with constrained supply, power and workforce.
