Zendale Consulting is the advisory and institutional-development arm of the Zendale group, with offices at 42 Oduduwa Crescent, Ikeja GRA, Lagos, Nigeria. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through zendaleconsulting.com.

We collect only the information you provide through the consultation, business enquiry and contact forms: your name, job title, organisation, email address, telephone number, and the details you choose to include about your project or enquiry.

We do not include form contents, names, email addresses or URL query strings in analytics. Raw IP addresses are not saved in our analytics database.

Enquiry information is used to respond to your enquiry, to assess whether we are able to assist, and to prepare a proposal where one is requested. Analytics information is used to understand how the website is used and to improve it.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing.

Enquiries submitted through the confidential healthcare business form are routed to a restricted internal address and reviewed by a small number of senior consultants. They are not circulated more widely without your agreement, and the confidentiality preference you select governs how we contact you in return.

We process enquiry information on the basis of your consent, given when you submit a form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Analytics cookies are used only where you have given consent, which can be withdrawn at any time using Privacy choices in the footer.

Where the Nigeria Data Protection Act applies, we handle personal data in line with its requirements.

Enquiry information is accessible to the consultants and administrative staff who need it to respond. It may be shared within Zendale Limited where an enquiry relates to group services rather than consulting.

We use third-party service providers to host this website, store enquiries securely in Supabase, deliver transactional emails through Resend, and provide analytics where consent is given. These providers process data on our instructions.

Enquiry information is retained for as long as needed to respond and, where an engagement follows, for the period required by our professional and legal obligations. Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are removed once no longer relevant. Anonymous website activity is kept for up to 90 days; older activity is removed when new events are recorded.

You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You may also object to processing or withdraw consent at any time.
